I believe that kitchen utensils and cookware should be made to last and should be useful in more ways than just one. Investing in good tools will make your kitchen life so much easier whether you’re a foodie, food blogger, seasoned chef, or occasional baker. Good quality tools should help and make things more efficient in the kitchen, not make things more difficult.
When I first started my blog, I used to make things way more difficult on myself (still do sometimes) by trying to “get creative” when I didn’t have a certain tool I needed. Sometimes that’s fine; when you don’t have the money. But if something is affordable and you are baking/cooking everyday, it only makes sense to keep your sanity and get what you need! But that is easier said than done, because there’s way too many choices for everything these days; crap and quality. It's overwhelming! On top of that, I didn't know what was really worth buying. There's just certain items that make creating food much more pleasurable and doable, but you don't always know what those are.
I’ve taken the care and time, read a lot of reviews, researched, & gone through my inventory to bring you the best of the best (budget & quality in mind) so that you don’t have to and so that your kitchen can be efficient and happy! I seriously wish I had had this list when I first started getting serious in the kitchen - it would've saved me from some dumb purchases. A few of these things I realize are not a necessity (ahem, instant pot) but I think they are all products that definitely help out a ton and have multiple uses in the kitchen if you spend a lot of time there. Any of them would make excellent Christmas gifts, too!
